The PT Biz Program helps you cast a vision for the future, shows you how to get there, and helps you with the strategies and tactics needed today. You get to work with other like-minded entrepreneurs who will help you shortcut success and gain perspective. You'll know what to do next, have the tool and capabilities, and the execution plan.

We are a company of entrepreneurs that have worked with 1,000's clinicians to date across multiple career fields (not just PTs). Our superpower is the community and the lessons we have learned and compiled over many years — it's our coaching advantage. 

OUR PROGRAM PROGRESSION 

• Our core program, the Clinical Rainmaker, helps you deploy our Clinical Rainmaker Sales & Marketing System for rapid growth. Here, you'll gain the foundational elements you need to succeed as an entrepreneur. This program is offered virtually and is fully supported with one-on-one coaching, educational content, and group Q&A sessions. 
• The Clinical Rainmaker provides an excellent transition to our PT Biz Mastermind, which focuses on scaling your business quickly by developing the areas that will make the most significant difference for you. Your experience in the Mastermind is tailored to you. Who your coach will be to who you meet is all based on your results and your next steps. 

GETTING STARTED 

The Clinical Rainmaker is a good start for most everyone, but you can be fast-tracked to the Mastermind if we feel it's a good fit. Here's the typical journey of our members: 

• In Year 1, we focus on rapid growth. Most start with the Clinical Rainmaker and quickly move to the Mastermind after seeing significant results in the Rainmaker. Our goal is to make you great at sales and marketing while scaling toward hiring an admin or extra clinician. 
• In Year 2, You'll become a great business owner. Most will hire multiple staff to help with operations while lowering clinical hours. 
• Once you have become a great business owner, we use Year 3 to help you gain time freedom and refine your management and leadership skills so you can hire multiple staff clinicians while continuing to decrease your clinical hours. 
• Year 4+, you become a great CEO, and your business is operated by staff only while you work ON your business and cast the vision. We help you build generational wealth for your family and continue to develop you as a leader.

THE FAST TRACK TO THE PT BIZ MASTERMIND 

We understand that every situation is unique, and people progress at different speeds. That is why the Clinical Rainmaker is not a prerequisite to joining the PT Biz Mastermind, even though it is strongly encouraged. To start in the PT Biz Mastermind, you'll be on our fast-track program, which begins with a conversation with one of our advisors who can determine if you are ready to jump in with the momentum needed for our forward-thinking group.
