The PT Biz Referral Program

No problem! Here’s how to refer someone:

1. Make an Introduction: Start by introducing your referral to our team. You can do this by:

   • Text: Send a message to 678-820-3770 with a quick introduction.
   • Email: brandon@physicaltherapybiz.com with an email introduction.

2. Complete a Quick Form: After the introduction, fill out a short form (link here) to help us keep track and follow up.

From there, we’ll take it forward to ensure they’re fully supported. Thanks for helping us connect with more people!

The first step for anyone you refer would be to schedule a 15-min info-only call with our team.

This call is NOT a sales call, and the person they will be on the phone with cannot sell them something, so there is no pressure and no obligation.

During this 15-min call, our team member will learn more about their situation and let them know more about our current programs and offerings. Then, if it seems like a mutual fit, they will set up a call with one of our program advisors. This hour-long call will be a deep dive into their business and way forward, and our advisors can enroll them in the program at that time.

We take pride in our vetting process and attribute it to the fantastic community here at PT Biz. Not every referral will be admitted to one of our programs.

We process commissions on the 1st of each month. If you have a confirmed referral, we will reach out to you for your information. 

Policy on Retroactive Referrals

We’re unable to process retroactive referrals for anyone who is already enrolled in one of our programs or has joined within the last three months—unless you can provide documentation showing that your referral directly led to their enrollment.

Over the years, we’ve found that the PT community is close-knit, with many mutual connections. In some cases, we've already established a relationship with current members independently, without a direct referral.

To keep our referral program fair and effective, please ensure referrals are made before they join our programs or within a three-month period following enrollment, unless clear proof of your referral is available.
